The Creators
Rainbow Circle is created by Cynthia Undyantara and Brian Russo, visionaries weaving a world of transformation where dream and reailty collide.

BRIAN is a visionary educator, systems thinker, leadership development specialist, and steward devoted to advancing humanity’s collective intelligence and co-creating a world that works for all. Holding a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from UMass Lowell and bringing nearly a decade of experience as a high school humanities teacher, he has inspired students to uncover their innate genius and apply whole-systems design to the world’s most pressing challenges. As co-creator of Rainbow Circle with Cynthia, Brian weaves mythic storytelling with emergent technology to educate and activate the next generation of Earth stewards. This work integrates perennial wisdom traditions with contemporary scientific inquiry to develop innovative, holistic educational models. He is the creator of HALOS, a human operating system that supports individuals in attuning to their essence and harmonizing their unique gifts in service of the whole. A sound healer and community steward, Brian holds a deep commitment to personal and planetary transformation, facilitating healing journeys through overtone singing, crystal instruments, and his rare capacity to perceive the body’s inner soundscape. As steward of Pocahontas Spring in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, he amplifies the site’s mission through outreach, storytelling, and creative initiatives. Brian has contributed to The Holomovement Book and Interspirituality, Volume 2, and as a member of the Sunray Meditation Society, he has served as co-focalizer for the Elders and Youth Gathering—bringing Indigenous Elders, youth, and scientists together to envision a more harmonious future. He lives in the Boston area with his wife, Caileigh, united by a shared love of music, nature, and the evolving human story we are telling together.

CYNTHIA is an artist, storyteller, and creative coach devoted to reconnecting people with their inner power. Using art as alchemy, she guides individuals through a journey of discovery; meeting what surfaces with curiosity, love, and play.
After beginning her career in Toronto’s animation industry, she realized her impact could not be fully expressed within traditional systems and so she shifted her path. She has since founded a community art space, traveled and studied diverse healing modalities across cultures, and founded Electric Sunshine Co., an art & wellness company offering workshops that support personal and collective transformation through creativity.
Through the Rainbow Circle project as well as her other work, her mission is to guide people back into deep connection—with their true power, each other, nature, and the timeless wisdom that flows through all life.
